What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate you if the property is ready.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This allows us enough time to prepare the property for incoming guests.
Are towels provided?
Yes, fresh towels are provided for all guests.
Is bed linen included?
Yes, we provide all bed linen and freshly made beds for your stay.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free on-street parking is available nearby. During busy periods, you may need to park slightly further away. There are also two reasonably priced car parks within walking distance.
Is there Wi-Fi in the property?
Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Are the properties suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. A high chair and travel cot are always available at the property.
Are the properties wheelchair accessible?
At present, our properties are not wheelchair accessible due to the layout of the building and stairs.
Do the properties have cooking facilities?
Yes, all our properties include a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils.
How far is the beach?
We’re just a short walk (around 5 minutes) from the seafront and North Shore Beach.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes, we are centrally located with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and bars all within easy walking distance.
What is your cancellation policy?
