About the Garden Apartment
The 3-Bed Garden Apartment is a generously sized self catering apartment in Llandudno, set over the ground and first floors with its own private enclosed garden – a rare find this close to the town centre. It's ideal for families or groups of six who want room to spread out, indoors and out.
On the ground floor, a bright sitting room with grey sofas, a rustic wooden coffee table and a 50-inch Smart TV with Sky and Netflix leads into a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a separate dining room with a modern abstract feature wallpaper, green and blue dining chairs and a comfy red sofa. The dining room opens onto the garden: decking, artificial lawn and outdoor furniture for alfresco dinners or an evening drink in the sea air.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bunk room with a turquoise feature wall. They share a large family bathroom with a sunny yellow feature wall and warm grey tiling, a full-size bath, a separate corner shower cubicle, pedestal basin and WC. There's also a separate cloakroom with toilet and basin in bright turquoise tiles – handy when everyone's getting ready at once.
